Please read these terms carefully before using our automation platform. By accessing ProfileFlow, you agree to be bound by these legal conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProfileFlow platform ("the Service"), provided by ProfileFlow Automations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy.
2. User Conduct
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
- Using any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without express written consent.
Automation Integrity
"ProfileFlow is designed to enhance human interaction, not replace it. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for spam-like behaviors that degrade the platform ecosystem for other creators."
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfileFlow Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4. Automation Rules
When using our automation rules and flow builders, you must adhere to the rate limits and API guidelines set forth by Instagram. ProfileFlow is not responsible for any account restrictions or bans resulting from the misuse of automation triggers that violate Instagram's Terms of Service.
Permitted
Automatic replies to DMs, keyword-triggered comment replies, and scheduled engagement.
Prohibited
Mass following/unfollowing, aggressive comment botting, and data scraping.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
