Terms of Service

To use ProfileFlow, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will not create more than one personal account. Team workspaces with multiple members are supported through our workspace feature.

ProfileFlow reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion, including where it believes a user is in breach of these Terms.

ProfileFlow offers sign-in via Google OAuth and the ability to connect Instagram Business or Creator accounts via Meta OAuth. By using these authentication methods:

• You grant ProfileFlow permission to access only the specific data scopes disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for revoking access if you no longer wish to use ProfileFlow, via Google account settings or Instagram's connected apps settings.
• ProfileFlow follows the principle of OAuth scope minimization — we request only permissions required for the features you use.
• Your use of Google and Meta services through ProfileFlow remains subject to Google's and Meta's respective Terms of Service.

ProfileFlow offers multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Your access to specific features is governed by your active subscription plan.

• Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page.
• Features are gated per plan. Downgrading your plan may result in reduced access to features or usage limits.
• ProfileFlow reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Free plans are provided at ProfileFlow's discretion and may be discontinued or modified at any time.

All paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize ProfileFlow to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method via Razorpay on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. Failed payments may result in service interruption.

As a ProfileFlow user, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all content you publish through ProfileFlow complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and not sharing them with unauthorized individuals.
• Maintaining the health and compliance of your connected Instagram account in accordance with Meta's Community Standards and Terms of Service.
• Configuring automation workflows responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and Instagram's platform guidelines.
• Notifying ProfileFlow promptly at support@profileflow.bio if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When using ProfileFlow's automation features, you must comply with Instagram's API usage policies and rate limits. The following applies to all automation activity:

ProfileFlow is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from your misuse of automation features in violation of Instagram's Terms of Service.

You may not use ProfileFlow for any of the following purposes:

• Sending spam, mass unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional communications through automated workflows.
• Abusing Instagram or Meta platform infrastructure in any manner that violates Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, or API usage policies.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting personal data from Instagram users without their consent.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical restrictions, rate limits, or access controls imposed by Instagram, Meta, or ProfileFlow.
• Using the platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, defamation, or intellectual property infringement.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ProfileFlow's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing ProfileFlow services without express written permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

ProfileFlow is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of ProfileFlow complies with Meta's Terms of Service, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and Meta's Platform Policies.
• ProfileFlow does not guarantee any specific level of follower growth, engagement rate, or account performance. Results vary by account, content, and audience.
• ProfileFlow is not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, reduced reach, or other penalties imposed on your Instagram account by Meta, regardless of cause.
• Meta may change its APIs, policies, or platform at any time. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of ProfileFlow features without prior notice from ProfileFlow.

ProfileFlow provides technology infrastructure for link-in-bio storefronts and digital product sales. The following terms apply to all store activity:

• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all products, content, and materials you publish through your ProfileFlow store.
• Product Legality: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products and digital goods you sell comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. ProfileFlow does not review or approve product listings.
• Tax Compliance: You are responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes on your sales, including GST, VAT, or other sales taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Platform Role: ProfileFlow acts solely as a technology platform and is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers. ProfileFlow is not liable for any disputes arising between you and your buyers.
• Prohibited Products: You may not sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, adult content (unless explicitly permitted by an applicable plan), financial instruments, or any items that violate applicable law.

ProfileFlow includes AI-powered features that generate automated responses based on rules and templates you configure.

• AI-generated responses are based on your configured templates, keyword rules, and instruction prompts. You are solely responsible for the content of your AI automation configurations.
• ProfileFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
• You should regularly review your AI automation settings to ensure responses remain accurate, relevant, and consistent with your brand voice.
• ProfileFlow is not liable for any reputational, financial, or other harm arising from AI-generated responses sent through your account.

All rights, title, and interest in and to ProfileFlow, including the platform software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by ProfileFlow and its licensors.

• You retain full ownership of the content, automation rules, store products, and data you create or upload using ProfileFlow.
• You grant ProfileFlow a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide the services described in these Terms (e.g., rendering your store page, executing your automation rules).
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the ProfileFlow platform without express written permission.

ProfileFlow provides the service on a best-effort basis.

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• No SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided for free plan users. Paid plan SLAs, if applicable, are described in your plan documentation.
• ProfileFlow may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
• Downtime caused by third-party services (Meta API, Razorpay, cloud infrastructure, etc.) is outside ProfileFlow's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ProfileFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• ProfileFlow's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ProfileFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• ProfileFlow provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Billing. See our Data Deletion guide for full instructions.
• By ProfileFlow: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) violations of Meta or Google platform policies; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) non-payment of fees.
• Accounts suspended for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
• Upon termination, your access to the service is revoked and your data will be deleted per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.

ProfileFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

• Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
• Your continued use of ProfileFlow after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
• Minor changes (such as grammar corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights) may be made without advance notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ProfileFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
• The contracting party is ProfileFlow (operating name), with its principal place of business in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
