Data Deletion Instructions
At ProfileFlow, we prioritize your data sovereignty. Follow this guide to revoke access and request the permanent deletion of your account information.
1. Request Permanent Deletion
The fastest way to remove your data from ProfileFlow servers.
Log in to your ProfileFlow Dashboard and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Deactivate Account. Type DEACTIVATE and your password to confirm. Your account enters a 30-day grace period — sign back in any time before then to recover everything.
Alternatively, email our team at privacy@profileflow.bio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account email for verification.
Instagram App Removal
Log into Instagram
Open Instagram on a web browser and go to Settings → Privacy and Security.
Apps and Websites
Click 'Apps and Websites' to view all services connected to your account.
Revoke ProfileFlow
Find 'ProfileFlow' under Active and click 'Remove'. This stops all data synchronization immediately.
What happens next?
Immediate Deactivation
You're signed out, every automation rule is paused, and your refresh tokens are revoked.
30-Day Recovery Window
Sign in again any time within 30 days to reactivate — your data, automations, and Instagram connections are preserved.
Permanent Deletion
If you don't sign back in within 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted by our daily purge job.
