Data Deletion Instructions
At ProfileFlow, we respect your right to control your data. Follow this guide to revoke access and request permanent deletion of your account and associated information.
1. Request Permanent Deletion
Remove your data from ProfileFlow servers.
Log in to your ProfileFlow Dashboard and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Deactivate Account. Type DEACTIVATE and your password to confirm. Your account enters a 30-day grace period — sign back in any time before then to recover everything.
Alternatively, email our team at support@profileflow.bio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email address for verification. We will process your request within 30 days.
Instagram App Removal
To disconnect ProfileFlow from your Instagram account and stop all data processing immediately, follow these steps directly in Instagram:
Open Instagram Settings
Log into Instagram in a web browser. Go to Settings → Privacy and Security.
Apps and Websites
Click 'Apps and Websites' to see all services connected to your Instagram account.
Remove ProfileFlow
Find 'ProfileFlow' under Active connections and click 'Remove'. All data synchronization stops immediately.
What happens next?
Immediate — Tokens Revoked
The moment you deactivate or disconnect: you are signed out, all automation rules are paused, and your Instagram OAuth tokens are revoked. ProfileFlow immediately stops processing your data.
Days 1–30 — Grace Period
Sign back in any time within 30 days to fully reactivate your account. Your automation rules, store, and Instagram connections are preserved during this window.
Day 30–90 — Backup Purge
If you don't reactivate within 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted from our primary systems. Encrypted backup copies are purged within 90 days of the deletion date.
Billing Records — 7 Years
Invoice and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations. This data is isolated from your profile and cannot be used to identify you for marketing.

"We never sell your data. When you ask us to delete it, we mean it — completely and permanently."
Meta Platform Compliance
This page fulfills Meta's data deletion callback requirement. When you remove ProfileFlow from your Instagram Connected Apps, Meta sends us a deletion notification and we process the deletion per the timeline described above.
